Est. 2018. Prairie Table Kitchen is a chef-owned farm-to-table restaurant in the heart of Des Moines. We believe the best food starts with the best ingredients — and the best ingredients come from right here in Iowa.
We source everything we can from Iowa farms within 100 miles of our kitchen. From heritage-breed pork to freshly milled grain and hand-harvested vegetables, every plate tells the story of our land.
