Golden Crust started as a farmers market booth on the south side of Des Moines. One sourdough recipe, two folding tables, and a line around the block every Saturday.
Today we bake over 300 loaves a week — still using the same wild-yeast starter and stone-milled local flour. No shortcuts, no preservatives, just real bread the way it's meant to taste.
